Relying on adb_kbd_put_keycode() to truncate 0x7f7f to 0x7f is a bit
subtle.  The truncation of 0x7f7f | 0x80 == 0x7fff to 0xff is even
more so.

But otherwise these patches look good, and I'll apply to ppc-for-2.8.
