Subject: [Qemu-devel] [PATCH 3/7] cpus: reorganize signal handling code

Move the KVM "eat signals" code under CONFIG_LINUX, in preparation
for moving it to kvm-all.c; reraise non-MCE SIGBUS immediately,
without passing it to KVM.
