Could we also do something about locales in this setup. The build gives
a lot of noise like:

    perl: warning: Falling back to a fallback locale ("en_US.UTF-8").
    perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
    perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:
            LANGUAGE = (unset),
            LC_ALL = "en_GB.UTF-8",
            LC_TIME = "en_US.UTF-8",
            LC_CTYPE = "en_GB.UTF-8",
            LC_MONETARY = "en_US.UTF-8",
            LC_COLLATE = "C",
            LC_ADDRESS = "en_US.UTF-8",
            LC_TELEPHONE = "en_US.UTF-8",
            LC_NAME = "en_US.UTF-8",
            LC_MEASUREMENT = "en_US.UTF-8",
            LC_IDENTIFICATION = "en_US.UTF-8",
            LC_NUMERIC = "en_US.UTF-8",
            LC_PAPER = "en_US.UTF-8",
            LANG = "en_US.UTF-8"
        are supported and installed on your system.
