[Qemu-devel] [PULL 19/47] build-sys: add --enable-sanitizers

Typical slowdown introduced by AddressSanitizer is 2x.
UBSan shouldn't have much impact on runtime cost.

Enable it by default when --enable-debug, unless --disable-sanitizers.
