[Qemu-stable] Out-of-tree building is broken for all 1.6.x versions on win32

Commit 0b516ef0dfad9a7b34c675c98e8ec92ab4d38466 "w32: Add missing version.o 
to all executables (fix regression)" made some fixes to the treatment of 
version.o on win32, but broke out-of-tree builds. This commit is included in 
1.6.x branch.

Commit 7e75e33e7886314490305f181065b8b4ec916a8a "w32: Fix broken out-of-tree 
builds (missing version.o)" fixes the issue, but isn't applied to 1.6.x 
branch.

Result:  no 1.6.x version can be built out-of-tree.
