I don't believe so. At most a few minor (and probably non-standard)
run-time library routines are written Scheme. It uses teh same arithmetic
libraries as Scheme, so arithmetic isn't quite right.

It's all written in Java, so porting it to python would be not be practical.
It might be doable to implement a clean Jython<->Qexo bridge.
