[Qexo-general] Kawa/Qexo 1.8.95 released

Kawa 1.8.95 is now available from ftp://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/kawa/
and (soon) mirrors.  This is basically a release candidate for
kawa 1.9.  I don't have plans for more non-documentation changes
(though some make sneak in).

Please try out this release and let me know of any problems.
I will concentrate on updating the manual and web site
in the next few days, and then hopefully release a final 1.9.
