Maybe, starting by Kernels would be a more reasonable beginning... Make a
template for Kernel, then an other one for Operating Systems , and so
on... up until you have every template you actually require to construct
the "Operating System" one.
Anyway, HUGE TASK but definitly usefull as free software/open source world
do breed a rather high number of different "OS", therefore answering
question such as "Do I need Debian or Fedora here ? Or maybe, I missing
the point, *BSD would be perfect for this ..." is rather difficult.
