I can't find it. mpm did come up with a minor mode for quilt in EMACS:
http://selenic.com/quilt/
The thing is, I would need my editor to bk get the file _and_ quilt add
it, in that order, and I would have to always use that editor (which is
not currently the case.)
I would really prefer that quilt just not confuse BK by making things
read-write.
Another thought I had was to do what "patch -g1" does: if necessary,
check the file out of SCCS. This is a common enough operation (and not
one specific to BK) that make knows how to do it, for instance.
