the problem is when I try to kill openvpn I cant, it does not exit properly when using radiusplugin

Where the space is where I gave openvpn the kill singal with Ctrl c. Then I have to go and kill -9 the process in order to kill it. It exits cleanly when I do not include the radius plugin.
