Answering myself: the "dev" environment variable probably contains the
device name.  It also seems that

> route-ipv6 2001:910:1059::/48 :: 1

can not be used in the ccd:

Dec 28 04:12:04 vpn ovpn-serveur-test[26404]: Options error: option 
'route-ipv6' cannot be used in this context

I'm not sure to really understand: why?
