[RP] found automake bug

Autogen.sh was always bombing out with an
error about config.in and ./missing

Checked out the source of automake; turns out
when it does a cp of a missing file, and cp returns
0, it thinks an error happened!  I inverted the
test, and suddenly things worked.  So, hey,
ratpoison hasn't only been flushing out bugs in
X apps.  Anyone care to bitch at the automake
maintainers?
