Well... When running CygWin/XFree you're getting a fullscreen window
that kind of almost makes you forget what operation system the terminal
is using.

As long as you don't press Alt+Tab it's just like using a real computer.

XFree makes no tries to integrate X applications and native
applications using the same window manager. X is always has it's own
virtual screen.
