[RP] that xterm problem

Could we make the xterm thing less obvious by setting in .Xdefaults
the default cols & rows of an xterm, so that it tries to be 320x110
chars (or whatever) instead of 80x25?  This should make the
not-listening-to-resize thing less obvious, shouldn't it?  Maybe we
could add some sort of kluge to RP that hacks xterm's xrdb data?
