[RP] how to make windows always on top

Anybody has any suggestion to make some windows to be always on top,
but not necessarily has the focus in ratpoison?

I'm playing around with the osd_cat program (from the xosd-bin debian
package) to display something on the screen while using ratpoison. 
Unfortunately the text that it display will be gone (hidden) once I
cswitch to another window.
