Follow-up Comment #1, bug #16819 (project rdiff-backup):
Sorry, it is no rdiff-backup bug!
It seems to be a problem of my filesystem. I even cannot copy that file with
"cp" into the destination directory. Cp also complains about "file exists".
Very strange...
