Details:

At some of my rdiff-backup repositories I get some UpdateErrors (Errno 2) No
such file or directory: 'Path\file.timestamp.missing'

It appears that the length of the path is crucial (around 250 characters). 

rdiff-version: 1.2.8
OS: Windows 7 64-bit


*Additional Error*
If this error appears and I try another backup operation rdiff sometimes get
stuck in an endless loop and has to be terminated manually.
