No, actually this indicates that an error on the secord increment.
Here's how it goes:

0 current_mirror files: Initial backup did not complete successfully.
1 current_mirror file: Normal situation everything file.
2 current_mirror files: incremental backup failed.

So what I was saying is that it appears that your initial backup to
the empty directory went through fine.  However, the second one
crashed for some reason (that I still haven't figured out yet).

    The third and subsequent ones appear to be failing because the
"undo"/regress code requires there to be a
rdiff-backup-data/increments directory (which is normally made by the
second session).  If you just create the directory manually the third
one should fail for the same reason the second one did.

    Anyway sorry you are having such problems.  It does indeed appear
that 0.10.2 has fewer bugs than this one.
