re[3]: [rdiff-backup-users] Still trying with cygwin

I just realized rebase is in the standard cygwin release, so I probably did not 
need to download and compile this, just run rebase:

rebase -d -b 0x68000000 -o 0x10000 /usr/bin/cygssl.dll
