I could never track down the problem, but I had a linux box that would
start crashing rdiff-backup after about 10 diffs when I was using python
2.2. I could never track it down so I didn't mail the list, but it always
gave an integer out of range--> core dump. Anyway, if anyone else is
seeing this, moving to python 2.3 fixed it. I'm not sure why.
