It's hard to say, that's why I hate debugging C :-) It could be a
problem with python, especially if you are running on a relatively
unpopular platform. Also rdiff-backup has a bit of C, so that could be
the problem also.
Anyway it's really unlikely I'll be able to to fix the problem unless 1)
I can reproduce it (which isn't likely, because it is almost certainly a
platform issue), or 2) you show me fairly precisely in the code where
the problem is.
