At present, there is no way for RPGE users to reliably detect when mobs cross 
tile boundaries, causing very subpar camera performance. This should be fixed 
by an event being sent on the mob's eventstack (feel free to ignore it if 
there's nobody listening anyway) whenever that happens. The same goes for 
finishing preprocessing and/or starting it.
