Hmmmmm... *thinking aloud* It could be done in a standard way if you do
it outside the mail client. The easiest way would be in the mail server,
especially if you have one on your box. Then configure a local mail
address for the filter and write a program or script which reguarly
checks that address for new mail and processes it into the filter. With
this in place, you could just forward a mail from a thread you'd like to
ignore to this address, and the filter will be updated. As said, just
thinking aloud, but it should be able to work.
