Log message:
        Make easier the installation process: when you create a project with 
the sys_unix_group_name (defined in the configuration) as unix_group_name, this 
project is automatically approved. So you have to create one user and this 
project. Also, a new type of group type is created when the database is 
created: without that, it would not be possible to create a project without 
already having system admin privilegies with the web interface (forcing to 
issue a mysql command)
