How to become a savannah hacker (ie a savannah's website administrator) and 
help savannah.

you need to check as submitter but also work for savannah hack :

savannah-hackers-public is a good start point.

Take a pending (non-assigned) task in savannah's tasks list :

Read it. 

Then try to write a possible answer that you can write as savannah hacker.

You can use the savannah hacker's macros file for emacs or vim 
(savannah.[el|vim]) to help you writting your answer.

When your answer is ready you can send it (with link to the task) at 
address@hidden and one of current savannah hacker will answer as fast as 
possible.

Another solution is to poste a pastebin (http://pastebin.com) of you answer and 
the number of task on irc (server : freenode, channel savannah) and wait for a 
savannah hacker to answer.
