Done.
In fact, I did not added it as an option. To me, it makes sense to use that box
for the public news page for a project.
I think I'll add a form to select a number of news to print etc, like on the
filelist.

Summary: Add option to display one line slug in News archive page
Original Submission: I would like to add an option to the "News" page, so that
the first line of the news item would appear underneath the title, so that it
would look identical to the information found on the "Main" project page.
For example when I see the main front page of my project, Swarm:
http://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/swarm
I get the "News" bar, with the title and a one-line slug:
Latest News
Mac OS X port
gepr - Fri 02/28/03 at 09:49 - 0 messages
Binaries to build Swarm models on MacOS X 10.2.x are now available on the Swarm
web site: http://savannah.nongnu.org/download/swarm/macosx.pkg
But when I view the "News" page:
http://savannah.nongnu.org/news/?group=swarm
that is reduced to the title:
"Mac OS X port"
I would like to add an option so that the same one-line as appears on the main
project page would appear on the "News" page. This would enable me to direct
our non-developer users to the News page and have more information than is
currently there, without the extra "developer" column (bug tracking, support,
CVS etc.) which is distracting for non-developers.
Of course, by default, this option would be off.

It would be nice, you're perfectly right.
I'll try to take the time to add this soon.
