[Savannah-dev] on GPG

Just a little message about GPG on Savannah:

In the future (I did not already know how, but it will be done),
Savannah will seek keys for every users, test them and register them
if ok. 

And then, for users with a GPG key, password will be sent encrypted,
so the hole noticed by Thomas Bushnell (sorry for the spelling) will
only depends on users goodwill.

And, much better, we will implement a mail interface for each Savannah
tool, like it work on debian BTS, with gpg signature as
authentification method.
