[Savannah-hackers-public] Check the Savannah backup

Hi,

When comparing the copy of the backup on the USB drive (78GB) and the
root filesystem (107-~2GB excluded = 105GB), we saw that a good chunk
of it was missing.

Here are a few examples for reference:

/vservers/vcs-noshell/srv/hg/ is empty  (92MB on SV)
/vservers/vcs-noshell/srv/git/ is 572MB (1.8GB on SV)
/vservers/vcs-noshell/srv/svn/ is 53MB  (2GB on SV)
/vservers/vcs-noshell/sources/ is 8.6MB (24GB on SV)
etc.

Can you investigate what went wrong?
