Could you disable the email-on-commit hook for the GNU Herds Git repo?
  Project name: gnuherds-app

I ask for it because some translators (non-developers) who are subscribed do 
not like such emails.


The GNU Herds Git repository is already recovered, so it is safe do this 
change.
