Time to time there are anonymous post on registration trackers on
behalf of the author.

Given my moderate level of supplanting paranoia I use cryprography to
secure my messages: my signing policity is here (Please read it):
https://savannah.gnu.org/people/resume.php?user_id=69035 (Yeah, I need
a better place for it). However I do not think than a policity such as
this should be enforced.

I rather propose a new rule: While in resgistration process the users
should log in (Or GPG-sign) before post. This is to avoid than hostile
partys post harming messages on behalf on the true user like request
for projects or account as example

If rule is approved I will respond this to anonymous messages:

Some anonymous (Not loged-in user) posted in behalf on you. While in
the resgistration processes we need to confirm the authorship of the
messages to prevent potential malicious persons to harm our
community. So please log in before posting in this tracker.
