Stephe: thank you for your email.  Unfortunately I don't have the
experience to know the answer to these.  I thought it would be best to ask
the list so that you can hopefully get an answer more quickly than you
would if I tried to find out for you.

List: please could someone advise on Stephe's issues as described below?
