        Hi,

        To avoid confusion in the future I'd like to restate the very simple
rules for assigning Savannah moderation role.

        . One person at a time is responsible for the moderation of incoming
          projects.

        . This person is the only one listed at 
          
http://savannah.gnu.org/pm/task.php?func=detailtask&project_task_id=54&group_id=11&group_project_id=30
        

        . This person is responsible for finding someone else to take over

        . This person is the only one entitled to change the person listed at
          
http://savannah.gnu.org/pm/task.php?func=detailtask&project_task_id=54&group_id=11&group_project_id=30
 and this ends his responsibility at that
          moment

        Since this system is simple and 100% unambiguous, it should prevent
any kind of misunderstanding or overlapping work.
