This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

This project is to develop and maintain an XML DTD called \"Application
Configuration Markup Language\" (ACML), ACML library specification and
implementation of this library in all possible programming languages. 

ACML documents along with the library can be used as a mechanism to store and 
retrieve application configuration data (like the httpd.conf file of Apache). 
Possibly ACML can be adopted as a common stanard for application configuration 
files in general.

It does not exist yet but I\'m working on it.
