This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

The style-guide project is a pure documentation project
The aim of the style-guide project is to collect advices on how to write good, 
stable, usable and maintainable program code and documentations.
The style-guide will contain recommendations for all the various questions that 
arise when writing programs or documentation that you could answer with \"well, 
that\'s a question of style\" :). It will also give the reasons for the answers.
A mailing list will be set up to discuss the various issues and find the right 
answers to all the questions.
The style-guide will not contain GNU specific advices like copyright notices or 
the like. But it will advertise free software, especially the use of the GNU 
development tools like autoconf etc.
The project has not been started yet.
