[Savannah-hackers] pb with file area

Hi,

    I have some pb with file area, i have uploaded some file but no one can 
dowload it.
the server reply Error 403 forbiden. I can view all files who are on the file 
area.

You don't have permission to access 
/download/undernetcs/UndernetCS-v0.82.tar.gz on this server.
