Okay, it almost works.  The problem now is that the Web page
https://savannah.gnu.org/projects/emacs/ doesn't have a "Lists" link,
and if I try to be a wise-guy and manually enter the URL
http://savannah.gnu.org/mail/?group_id=40 into my browser, I get a
nice empty page saying:

         Error

         This Project Has Turned Off Mailing Lists
