My ALSA (alsa-project.org) XMMS (xmms.org) Output plugin allow xmms to use alsa 
devices for output.
You can send the output to any pcm device you have, any card that is supported 
by ALSA. It also does conversion for output to 4 channels (surround) from 2 
channels (stereo).

Requirments:
ALSA >= 0.9
XMMS source >= 1.2.5 

This plugin is based on GTK+.

Tested under GNU/Linux Mandrake 8.1 only
