True, but that will allow to register the public SSH key, enabling
the possibility to CVS_RSH=ssh cvs.

All projects in /cvs/ have a corresponding project on Savannah.
gnulib was not included because I did not know if it was a real project
or just a leftover. Now it is since Jeff Bailey took care of it.
