This package does NOT want to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

The project is a portable pthreads implementation which will be intergrated in 
glibc when it\'s finished. There is already a code at sourceforgetit:  
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/hurd/pthreads/
The main goal is having pthreads for the hurd, but it should also going to be 
the pthreads implementation for linux and other kernels.
