The purpose of this project is to develop and integrate Win32 administration 
and automation tools into a flexible collection. No magic silver bullet, but 
hopefully an iterative process toward something better. The choice language of 
implementation is Perl, but may be overruled where appropriate by the prime 
directive: \"whatever works\".
