Fullxml is a full-featured web portal, much like \"phpnuke\", but based on XML 
technology. It offer the possibility to create a web site with no coding needs. 
The web interface allow the webmaster to create, pages, articles and to 
configure his site with several skins and add-on.
The project is in his version 1.3 and is used by a few websites, you can have
