[Savannah-hackers] rename new account

Hi,
     I just created a new account on Savannah (xxjuo) but it wouldn't let
me use my old username (juo) becaues it is a mail alias.  Can you rename
the new account, xxjuo, to be juo?  juo was my old account on the GNU
machines, but I haven't used it to login for about 5 years so at some
point it must have become just a mail alias.
