This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

I am writing a replacement for the BibTeX program, written in Common Lisp.  The 
aim is to get rid of the stack-based language used in BibTeX style files; 
instead Common Lisp programs will be used to format bibliography entries.

It does not exist yet but I\'m working on it.
