A package was submitted to savannah.gnu.org.

Ciaran McCreesh <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: other
Other License: Applications use The Clarified Artistic License.

Libraries use a simple license which is GPL compatible and also allows
commercial / closed source distribution; a copy is available from
http://www.opensourcepan.co.uk/libraries/hashes/LICENSE.txt .
Package: OpenSourcePan
System name: osp
This package does NOT want to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

A download mirror for http://www.opensourcepan.co.uk/

OpenSourcePan (OSP) provides a number of libraries and small programs aimed at
web developers and programmers. Web hosting is already provided by a pay-for
ISP; however, the ISP block downloads of zip, tarball, exe, rpm and similar
files, so a separate download server is required. Currently SourceForge provide
this servive; however, because of the condition of and load on the servers,
this is no longer a reasonable option.

The libraries provided are for the FreePascal compiler and Borland\'s Delphi
and Kylix, and are being adapted to compile with the GNU Pascal compiler
(changing Borland-style dynamic arrays to GNU-style Schema). They include:

* Hash routines (http://www.opensourcepan.co.uk/libraries/hashes/)
* Better TStream (http://www.opensourcepan.co.uk/libraries/advstream/)
* Under development is wrappers for the PCRE and GNU regex libraries

Applications (http://www.opensourcepan.co.uk/programs/) include a colour picker
which suggests other colours which go well with the selection (currently Win32
only; it is being ported to POSIX systems with a Gtk interface) and a code
colouriser (currently a plugin for HTML-Kit; standalone versions for Win32 and
*nix are under development). Several small plugins for HTML-Kit are also
available.
