Oops; Sorry I pushed the wrong button in Savannah's admin interface: "ask
gnueval to evaluate this package" is too close to "ask gnueval whether this
package is part of GNU" :-)
Epsilon is a new package that wants to become part of GNU (the application has
already been sent and processed)
