[Savannah-hackers] renaming a project

Hello,

Due to an extension (great!) of a project, I have to give it
a new name, to be more generic and "politically correct" ;-)

What's the best way :
        * asking Savannah's admins to rename the project 
        files/directories/lists ...
        (what's the regexp ? :-)
        [only one word has to be changed but every where ...]
        * 
        building a new project with the new name
        deleting the old one (asking Savannah's admins...)
