This is great news.  I do not recall there were any other issues keeping 
oSIP from being a GNU package.  Probably it would make sense to send a 
copy to the FSF and to at least initially submit a request to open a 
"oSIP" or "GNU oSIP"  or "GNU SIP" project (or however you wish it to be 
called) on Savannah pending Richard's approval.  Just note when you open 
the project it is a pending GNU package.
