This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

Create Shadow Directory (csd) creates a recursive copy of a directory
but creates soft links for the selected files. Files can be selected
by extension and by regular expressions.

csd compiles and runs on Linux, Solaris and ReliantUNIX but it still
has some bugs (and missing features).
