A package was submitted to savannah.gnu.org.
This mail was sent to address@hidden, address@hidden

Carlos Linares López <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: C++ Search Algorithms Library
System name: sal
This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

SAL has been written in
C++ and provides various means for running single-agent search
algorithms in any domain, with any definition of cost type.

Although it may not be practical for real programmers, it has proved
itself to be very useful during analyses and design stages where the
best approach has to be choosing among different alternatives, as much
as for researchers for testing single-agent search algorithms under the
same conditions. Thus, leading to fair comparisons among them regarding
their behaviour.

All in all, SAL has been very carefully designed and
programmed. Henceforth, it can be easily extended.

The main feature of SAL is that it can be easily used to introduce
search algorithms in any domain with any definition of type cost. So far,
other programmers can profit from SAL for programming games or
to put some \"intelligence\" into their programs.

---
It already exists but, unfortunately, it cannot be reached through the web
Besides, IT IS CURRENTLY UNDER EVALUATION BY THE GNU TEAM.
