Have you rode infos about CVS ? especially this :

« Only project developers can access the CVS tree via this
method. SSH1 must be installed on your client machine. If
you have SSH version two, add Protocol 1 in the
~/.ssh/config file, even if you think that your SSH will
switch to protocol 1 automatically. Substitute developername
with the proper value. Your savannah password is useless for
cvs. You have to register a CVS/SSH Shared key in the
Account Maintenance page for the machine from which you run
cvs. »

In account maintenance, (logged in), you can edit your
CVS/SSH shared keys.
Note that after altering this informations, you must wait
the next cron job (one hour).

I experience no problems about logging in CVS for myself.

I have one public dsa ssh key registered, this key is
working with my own local host as well as with
sourceforge and other sites I'm connecting to, but does
not work with Savannah.

project: ext2-doc
login: eks

I'm wondering if the project script even copied my
id_dsa.pub key in authorized_keys
